Your documents never leave your device.FormFiller opens, fills and signs your PDF inside your web browser. We don't have a server that receives files, we don't ask you to make an account, and we don't use cookies or tracking.
Your documents
When you open a PDF, your browser reads it from your own device. Everything you type, tick or sign is added by your browser, and the finished file is saved straight back to your device. Your document and anything you type into it are never sent to us or to anyone else.
When you close the tab, the document is gone from the page. Choosing Fill another PDF also clears it before you start the next one.
Your saved signature
If you tick Remember my signature on this device, your signature, initials and name are saved in your browser's own storage on that device only. They are never sent anywhere. To remove them, choose Forget saved signature in the editor's menu, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. If you don't tick the box, nothing is saved.
What we can see
FormFiller is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website, your browser sends a request each time it loads a page, and Cloudflare uses your IP address to deliver it. Cloudflare gives us anonymous totals, such as how many visits the site had and roughly which countries they came from. We can't see who you are, and these statistics never include anything about your documents.
We don't use cookies, advertising, analytics scripts or tracking pixels.
Other services the page loads
To work, the page downloads two kinds of files from other providers:
- The PDF tools (the open-source libraries PDF.js and pdf-lib) come from cdnjs, a public library service run by Cloudflare.
- Fonts come from Google Fonts.
When your browser downloads these files, those providers receive the same basic details any website gets, such as your IP address and browser type. They never receive your documents.
How the site enforces this
The site sends your browser a security policy that blocks the page from sending data to any server. Even if something tried to upload your file, your browser would refuse. If you're technically minded, you can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, fill and download a form, and watch the Network tab. You'll see the page's own files, the libraries and the fonts load, and nothing sent out.
Children
FormFiller doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If how FormFiller handles information ever changes, for example if ads are added, we'll update this page before the change takes effect and change the date at the top.
